Head Coaches
As a Head Coach at Hillians, you’ll lead your team both on and off the court. You’ll plan and deliver training sessions, develop players’ skills and game understanding, and foster confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Your role is to create a positive, fun, and challenging environment where players love being part of Hillians. Head Coaches also mentor Assistant Coaches, support player development pathways, and play a key role in strengthening our club and community.
Assistant Coaches
As an Assistant Coach at Hillians, you’ll support the Head Coach in delivering training sessions and guiding players to reach their full potential. You’ll help develop skills, encourage teamwork, and create a positive, fun environment on and off the court. This role is perfect for those looking to gain coaching experience, build confidence and contribute to the growth of our players and community.
Junior Assistant Coaches
The Junior Assistant Coach role is the first step into coaching at Hillians. You’ll support the Head and Assistant Coaches during training and games, helping players learn new skills, encouraging teamwork, and making netball fun.
This role is perfect for young coaches aged 14 and above who want to gain experience, build confidence, and work towards coaching their own team one day. You’ll also be part of a supportive, positive coaching environment where learning and growth are encouraged.
