WHERE DO MY FEES GO?
Fees are comprised of payments to Netball Australia, Netball Western Australia, KDNA, and Hillians Netball Club Inc.
The Hillians portion of the fees goes toward team equipment and administration costs, including the website, coach training and development, and end-of-season awards, trophies, and memorabilia.
CAN I REQUEST TO PLAY AT SPECIFIC TIMES?
Unfortunately, KDNA is unable to offer individual players or teams time-slot requests. Due to the large number of players at KDNA, they are unable to accommodate requests for specific game times to suit other commitments, including work, other sports, or school activities.
ARE PLAYERS COVERED BY INSURANCE IF INJURED WHILE PLAYING?

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PLAYER IS INJURED DURING A GAME?
The coach/team manager will deal with the issue in the first instance. Ice is available from the front office on request. You should also complete an incident report form which is available from the office in case there are any insurance consequences down the track.
IF A PLAYER IS INJURED DO THEY NEED TO OBTAIN A CLEARANCE TO COME BACK AND PLAY?
At the club’s discretion, you may require clearance from a medical professional (GP, physiotherapist) for serious injuries.
WILL OUTSIDE GAMES CONTINUE IN BAD WEATHER?
KDNA have a weather policy in relation to determine whether games are called off in extreme conditions. Generally, games will not be canceled because of rain, even if it is heavy. Games will be called off in the event that there is a lightning storm. The decision to cancel games will be made by KDNA on the day.
WHAT TIME WILL GAMES BE PLAYED?
Game times are determined by KDNA and until they release fixtures, we are unable to confirm game times. However, these are estimated times based on prior seasons:
DO I NEED TO HELP ON GAME DAY?
Each team needs to provide either a scorer or timer each week. Your coach or team manager will let you know if you are required to assist with this. Many teams work on a roster system. They may also request that you bring fruit or something similar to share. Umpires for GO, Juniors, Opens & Masters games are provided by KDNA
DOES HILLIANS NETBALL CLUB INC ACCEPT KIDSPORT VOUCHERS?
Hillians Netball Club Inc is proudly affiliated with KidSport. Families who are eligible for KidSport funding are required to apply through KidSport before registering their child to play. Once approved, you will receive a unique KidSport code.
This code must be entered during the PlayHQ registration process so the funding can be applied to your fees.
